When you contact us
We store the name, email address, company, service interest, budget selection, and message you submit so we can review and respond to your inquiry. We also retain its submission time, status, form page, and a request identifier that prevents a retry from creating a duplicate inquiry. For delivery and abuse prevention, we also store broad device, browser, operating-system, country (when available), and claimed crawler categories, plus the time spent completing the form. Please avoid including passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information in your message.
Your inquiry is saved whether you allow or decline optional analytics. If you allow analytics, we can associate the inquiry with the referring website, campaign tags, and browsing session that led to it. If you decline, optional browsing attribution is omitted.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, we collect page visits, referring domains and campaign tags, navigation and button interactions, sections viewed, scroll depth, time actively spent on a page, playground interactions, contact-form milestones, and browser performance measurements. These help us understand which services visitors explore and where the experience needs improvement.
Random browser and session identifiers connect these events. They are not your name or email. We record broad device and browser categories and, where available, a country derived by our hosting provider. We do not record form keystrokes, session replay, message content, full referral URLs, or private portal and signing activity in marketing analytics.
Your analytics choice
You can allow or decline analytics using the notice on the site, then revisit your choice through “Analytics preferences” in the footer. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by disabling optional analytics. Changing to decline stops new optional collection and removes analytics identifiers from this browser; it does not automatically erase events already received.
The preference and optional visitor identifier expire after 90 days. A browsing session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Clearing browser storage or using another browser may require a new choice.
Essential operational records
Our hosting and database services process technical information needed to deliver the website, protect forms, investigate errors, and detect automated requests. We retain limited records such as a public page category, request time and method, response status where available, cache information, and a broad browser or claimed crawler category. These operational records are separate from optional visitor analytics and do not use marketing visitor identifiers.
For abuse prevention, the application temporarily uses a cryptographic hash of an IP address. Raw IP addresses, request bodies, secret links, and full user-agent strings are not stored in our website analytics tables. Our infrastructure providers may process additional technical logs under their own service policies. Crawler categories describe what a request claims to be; they are not proof of identity.
Storage, access, and retention
Vercel hosts the website and Supabase provides the application database. Inquiry records and analytics datasets are restricted to authorized server access; they are not publicly readable. We do not sell this information or use advertising pixels on this site.
Website event records are kept for up to 90 days, with daily cleanup. Temporary abuse-prevention records expire separately. Contact inquiries are kept for business follow-up and any resulting client relationship; they are not part of the automatic analytics cleanup.
Questions or requests
For questions about this notice, access to information you have submitted, or a deletion request, contact rich@corvexconsulting.com. We may need to confirm your identity to protect inquiry records. Anonymous browsing events may not be identifiable without their browser identifier.
